Helpful for its intended use and as a massage implement

I bought this for rolling out my feet and mobilizing the joints/tissue. I have also found it useful as a massage tool for tight muscles to achieve tissue release in locations that are not easy to use a traditional roller with.

New to improving foot health

Using the mobility ball has definitely improved my foot mobility. I have been able to release my toes and relieve pain after a hike or long walk. I have noticed that I am able to go farther without pain as well.
